# Founding Full-Stack Engineer / Technical Co-Founder – CRM & SaaS

## About the Opportunity
PROWORX is looking for a highly capable software engineer who can take ownership of the complete technical development of a CRM or SaaS product, from initial planning and system architecture to development, deployment and long-term maintenance.
We are looking for someone who understands how to build real, scalable business software from the ground up, rather than someone who only develops individual screens or works on isolated coding tasks.
This opportunity is intended for a technically strong individual who may be interested in growing into a long-term technology leadership or technical co-founder role, subject to mutual agreement.
## Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements and convert them into a complete software architecture.
- Design and develop the frontend, backend, database, APIs and admin dashboard.
- Build CRM modules such as customer management, lead management, sales pipelines, tasks, follow-ups, reports, user roles and permissions.
- Develop secure authentication, authorization, data protection and access controls.
- Design database structures, integrations, workflows and business logic.
- Integrate third-party services, automation tools and AI features wherever appropriate.
- Use AI-assisted development tools effectively while maintaining code quality, security and reliability.
- Write and maintain clean, documented, testable and maintainable code.
- Handle testing, bug fixing, performance optimization and security reviews.
- Manage Git repositories, deployment pipelines, cloud infrastructure, backups and monitoring.
- Take responsibility for the software lifecycle, including ongoing improvements, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Explain technical decisions, timelines, development costs and infrastructure requirements clearly to the business founder.
## Required Technical Skills
- Strong full-stack development experience.
- Practical experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js and TypeScript.
- Backend development using Node.js, Python or equivalent technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience designing REST APIs, authentication systems and multi-user applications.
- Understanding of SaaS architecture, database security, permissions and scalability.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, debugging and production deployment.
- Ability to evaluate architecture and technology choices independently.
- Ability to take a product from requirements to a working, deployed application.
Candidates do not need to know every technology listed, but must demonstrate strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to own the complete solution.
## Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building CRM, ERP, business management or other SaaS products.
- Experience taking a product from an initial idea to a production-ready release.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, CI/CD and application monitoring.
- Experience integrating AI APIs and workflow automation.
- Ability to lead technical decisions and eventually build and manage a development team.
## Working Relationship and Growth Opportunity
The founder will contribute the business vision, product requirements, market understanding and business development. The selected candidate will lead the technical planning, engineering and delivery of the software.
For the right person, we are open to discussing a longer-term technical partnership or co-founder arrangement. Any equity, profit-sharing, compensation, responsibilities and ownership terms will be discussed transparently and documented separately by mutual agreement.
A technical partnership is a possibility, not an automatic entitlement upon joining.
